Performance Tip - Xtreme Main article: Performance Tip - Xtreme Due to these drawbacks, Force is rendered outclassed and ill-suited for all types of Combinations. This also limits its use in Stamina Combinations, as its aggressive design reduces Stamina and can throw the Combination off balance, increasing the risk of Bursts. While this may imply that Force is top-tier for Attack Combinations, it weighs less than Heavy and Gravity, despite its rather heavy appearance. This effect also allows Combinations to have increased Stamina and Burst Resistance. Such shape has two uses: The first is to increase the weight of a Beyblade's attacks via aligning with the Layer's protrusions, such as the golem heads of Gigant Gaia or the small square-like protrusions of Storm Spriggan. Its design consists of four main armor-like protrusions two of which are behind the Forge Disc's prongs, and the other two are on the opposites sides and are fully exposed. However, Xcalibur's design makes it incredibly unbalanced which worsens its stamina and can break Banking Patterns.įorge Disc - Force Main article: Forge Disc - Forceįorce is a symmetrical Forge Disc that has a diamond or plus-like shape. Xcalibur was the first Layer to have redesigned teeth in that they were made much wider to fix a problem with wear, said teeth are also very tall which allows the Layer to withstand its own recoil and avoid Self-Bursts. This Layer contains one primary contact point, the tip of the sword which protrudes significantly from the bottom which makes this Layer excel at giving both Knock-Outs and Bursts. Takara Tomy's Xcalibur is an Attack Type Layer based on the legendary sword Excalibur and features a large sword running down the length of the Layer, two bird heads along the sides and a large "X" in the center.
